PharmaCorp Rx Upsizes Bought-Deal Public Offering of Share Units to $20 Million

12:55 PM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PharmaCorp Rx (PCRX.V) on Thursday said it is upsizing a bought-deal share offering to $20 million, up from its prior $15 million target.

The company will now sell underwriters 47.7-million units priced at $0.42 apiece and made up of a share and one-half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.50.

The company has also granted the underwriters a 15% over-allotment option.

Proceeds will be used for future acquisition opportunities and general working capital needs. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about November 12.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.02 to $0.46 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
