Phibro Animal Health Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; 2026 Guidance Set

05:21 PM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Phibro Animal Health ( PAHC ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.57 per diluted share, up from $0.41 a year earlier.

One analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.54.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $378.7 million, up from $273.2 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $362.4 million.

The company set full-year fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of $2.52 to $2.70 on revenue of $1.43 billion to $1.48 billion. Two analysts expect EPS of $2.33, while four analysts expect revenue of $1.44 billion.

Shares rose 18% during after-hours trading.
