08:27 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Royal Philips (PHG) and Masimo ( MASI ) said Thursday they have renewed their multi-year partnership to expand access to patient monitoring technologies.

The companies will integrate Masimo's ( MASI ) noninvasive technologies, including pulse oximetry and sensors, into Philips' patient monitoring platforms, they said.

Philips and Masimo ( MASI ) said the integration will allow clinicians to monitor data across bedside monitors, central stations and wearable devices under a single unified system.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
