Phillips 66, Kinder Morgan Extend Second Open Season for Western Gateway Pipeline System

07:42 AM EDT, 03/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Phillips 66 (PSX) and Kinder Morgan ( KMI ) said Wednesday that they extended the second open season for the Western Gateway Pipeline system through April 15.

The companies said the initial open season closed in December with "significant shipper interest," and the second open season included additional receipt points and deliveries into the Los Angeles market.
