Total revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $182.7 million, up from $165.5 million a year earlier.
Revenue from rental income was $178.3 million, compared with $161.8 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $166.8 million.
The company now expects full-year 2025 core FFO of $2.57 to $2.61, up from $2.55 to $2.60 earlier. Analysts expect $2.57.
