05:29 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Phoenix Motor ( PEV ) said Wednesday it received a delinquency notice from Nasdaq for its non-compliance with listing rules after it failed to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30.
The company said it also received a delinquency notice in May for its failure to file the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31. Phoenix Motor ( PEV ) said it has 180 calendar days, through Nov. 18, to regain compliance with the listing rules and must submit a new compliance plan by Sept. 3.
Phoenix Motor ( PEV ) said it is in the process of completing the quarterly filings and plans to file the reports "as soon as practicable."
