Photronics Says Chief Administrative Officer Richelle Burr Placed on Paid Administrative Leave

05:55 PM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Photronics ( PLAB ) said Wednesday in a filing that it placed Chief Administrative Officer Richelle Burr and a "named executive officer" on paid administrative leave while an internal review is underway regarding certain company transactions and other matters.

During her absence, other company personnel and outside counsel will perform the functions of Burr, who is also Photronics' ( PLAB ) executive vice president, general counsel and secretary.

Shares of the company fell over 4% in recent Wednesday after-hours trading.
