Pidilite Industries Q3 earnings: Here are the key expectations
Jan 27, 2021 7:15 AM

A good quarter is expected from Pidilite Industries because the home improvement theme is doing well. The other thing that will do well for them is industrial business which accounts for a smaller proportion, but that did see a recovery in the last quarter, likely to sustain in this quarter as well.

Input prices are slightly higher, but the company was sitting on low cost inventory during the quarter, so there is margin expansion that is on the cards as well.

Management commentary on how Araldite acquisition is panning out and the competition is something to watch for.

Revenue is expected to grow by 13.50 percent, EBITDA grows a tad higher at around 22 percent and the net profit to grow close to around Rs 400 crore mark in this quarter.
