Piedmont Lithium Completes Merger With Sayona Mining

04:41 PM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Piedmont Lithium ( PLL ) said Friday it has completed its merger with Sayona Mining.

The combined company, named Elevra Lithium, brings together complementary assets and creates one of the largest hard-rock lithium platforms, the firm said.
