07:52 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Piedmont Lithium ( PLL ) said Monday that it shipped approximately 31,500 dry metric tons of spodumene concentrate in Q3, compared with 15,500 in Q2.

Spodumene is a mineral that contains lithium.

The lithium producer attributed the increase to its 25% stake in North American Lithium, which it said set quarterly production and operational performance records.
