10:29 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Piedmont Office Realty Trust ( PDM ) said Monday that it is increasing its 2025 leasing guidance to between 1.8 million and 2 million square feet from a previous outlook range of 1.4 million to 1.6 million square feet.

Total year-to-date leasing volume stands at more than 850,000 square feet, and the company has completed over 500,000 square feet of leasing in the ongoing Q2, the company said.

The company's shares were up 3.5% in recent trading.
