03:06 PM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Piedmont Realty Trust ( PDM ) said Wednesday that it has priced its cash tender offer to purchase any and all outstanding 9.250% senior notes due 2028.

The consideration is $1,114.09 per $1,000 of principal, based on a 3.569% Treasury reference yield plus a 95-basis-point spread, the company said.

The offer will expire at 5 pm ET on Nov. 19, it said.
