10:50 AM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pineapple Energy ( PEGY ) unit SUNation Energy said Thursday it will provide electric vehicle home charging stations for Empire Automotive Group, an automotive dealership group in New York state with 20 locations.

Empire Automotive will provide complimentary SUNation level 2 EV charging stations to its new EV clients, SUNation said. The program is expected to be rolled out to individual Empire Automotive dealers in the coming months, the company added.

Pineapple Energy ( PEGY ) shares were up more than 17% in recent trading.
