Piper Sandler to Acquire Abu Dhabi Merchant Bank

09:15 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Piper Sandler ( PIPR ) said Thursday it agreed to acquire Abu Dhabi-based MENA Growth Partners to serve as its investment banking hub in the Gulf Cooperation Council region.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The firm said the acquisition, slated to close in Q1, is expected to support its presence across different sectors, including energy, infrastructure and private capital advisory.
