09:32 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) said Wednesday it reached an agreement in principle with its former global e-commerce unit, DRF Logistics, to resolve ongoing disputes with an official committee of unsecured creditors.

Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) said it expects the resolution to help keep DRF's exit on track to completion by the end of the year. It is also targeting $150 million in one-time costs from the wind down.
