Pitney Bowes' Q1 Adjusted Earnings Increase, Revenue Declines

05:05 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.33 per diluted share, up from $0.19 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.27.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $493.4 million, compared with $521.3 million a year earlier.

An analyst polled by FactSet expected $497.9 million.

The company reiterated its 2025 guidance of $1.10 to $1.30 in adjusted EPS on $1.95 billion to $2 billion in revenue. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.20 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $1.98 billion.

Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) also said it raised its quarterly dividend to $0.07 per share, from $0.06 previously, payable June 6 to shareholders as of May 19.

Shares of Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) were up over 5% in premarket activity Thursday.
