09:53 AM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) said Thursday it is repaying from cash on hand the remainder of about $97 million in senior secured notes due 2028 issued in July 2023 to Oaktree Capital Management.

The company said it reaffirms the outlook for 2024 revenue it provided previously.

Pitney said in November, it expects 2024 revenue to decline at a low-single-digit rate.
