08:08 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pixelworks ( PXLW ) said Friday it has partnered with TiMi Studio's Honor of Kings mobile game to integrate its IRX rendering acceleration SDK in the game to provide a 120fps gaming experience.

Financial details of the collaboration weren't disclosed.

The graphic processing unit on certified smartphones will offer display at lower frame rates and resolution, Pixelworks ( PXLW ) added.

TiMi Studio Group is a unit of Tencent Games.

Shares of Pixelworks ( PXLW ) were up more than 6% in recent Friday premarket activity.
