07:46 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Plains All American Pipeline ( PAA ) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 45% operated equity interest in Epic Crude, Epic Midstream said Friday.

Plains said Wednesday that it now holds 100% equity interest in Epic Crude after it closed the purchase of the remaining 45% stake on Nov. 1 for about $1.33 billion, inclusive of debt.

The company said it completed the purchase of a 55% stake in Epic Crude from Diamondback Energy (FANG) and Kinetik (KNTK) units on Oct. 31.

Epic Crude owns crude oil pipelines and logistics facilities serving the Permian and Eagle Ford basins, Epic Midstream said.
