Planet Labs German Subsidiary Signs Multi-Year Deal With European Space Agency

04:03 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Planet Labs' (PL) German subsidiary said late Tuesday it has signed a multi-year contract with the European Space Agency to contribute commercial satellite data for the Copernicus Contributing Missions.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Planet Labs will provide near-daily PlanetScope satellite imagery and high-resolution SkySat imagery to complement the space agency's data offerings for geospatial analysts, the company said.
