09:47 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Planet Labs (PL) said Thursday that it has won a new seven-figure contract with NATO to deliver advanced daily monitoring and intelligence capabilities across the alliance's strategic areas of interest.

Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.

The contract states that Planet will supply NATO with a customized platform that leverages its PlanetScope Broad Area Monitoring technology combined with advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning analytics, the company said.

Shares of Planet Labs were up nearly 7% in recent Thursday trading.
