Plantro Boosts Cash Offer for ISC Shares; Sets New June 3 Deadline
May 26, 2025 11:13 AM

04:58 PM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Plantro said Tuesday afternoon that it is extending and amending its all-cash tender offer to buy Class A limited voting shares of Information Services Corporation ( IRMTF ) , lowering its target to 9.9% of the shares, down from 15%, while upping its offer price to $30.00 per share from $27.25.

The maximum number of shares Plantro is seeking has been reduced to nearly 1.4 million, as the company already owns 435,150 shares. Together, this would bring its total ownership to no more than 9.9% of ISC's outstanding Class A shares, according to the statement.

All other terms of the offer remain the same, the company added.

ISC shares closed up $0.79 to $29.29 on the Toronto Stock Exchange
