11:29 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Plata Latina Minerals ( PLLMF ) on Friday said it sold the 3% net smelter return (NSR) on the Naranjillo property for US$6 million to a subsidiary of Fresnillo.

The company retains a 2% NSR with Fortuna Mining (FVI.TO) on the La Joya project in Mexico.

Plata Latina was last seen up $0.02 to $0.08 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
