06:58 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Platinum Analytics Cayman ( PLTS ) said late Monday it closed its initial public offering of 2.3 million class A common shares at $4 apiece, including the full exercise of the underwriters' overallotment option, raising $9.2 million in gross proceeds.

The company plans to use the proceeds for research and development, to expand its sales and marketing team, and for the procurement of financial licenses.

Platinum Analytics shares were down 2.3% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
