Playa Hotels & Resorts Completes Jewel Palm Beach Sale

10:49 AM EDT, 09/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Playa Hotels & Resorts ( PLYA ) said Monday that it completed the sale of the Jewel Palm Beach resort for $68 million in a cash transaction.

Net proceeds from the sale are expected to be about $64 million, according to the company.

Playa Hotels said it will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
