PlayAGS Says Hart-Scott-Rodino Act Period Ended; Acquisition by Brightstar Capital Partners Expected in H2 2025

09:58 AM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PlayAGS ( AGS ) said Wednesday that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act for its planned acquisition by affiliates of Brightstar Capital Partners has ended.

The company said the expiration of the waiting period fulfills a required condition for the $12.50-per-share cash deal.

The deal will likely close in H2 2025, pending regulatory and other necessary approvals, PlayAGS ( AGS ) added.
