The July distribution will be payable on August 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at July 31, 2024, and is consistent with June's distribution amount.

Plaza is an open-ended real estate investment trust and is a retail property owner and developer, focused on Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
