Plaza Retail REIT Announces Monthly Distribution for September

01:42 PM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Plaza Retail REIT (PLZ-UN.TO) on Wednesday declared a September distribution of $0.02333 per unit, payable on Oct.15, to unitholders of record on Sept.30.

The distribution comes out to an annualized rate of $0.28 per unit and is unchanged from the prior month.

Price: 4.21, Change: +0.02, Percent Change: +0.48
