08:03 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Plug Power ( PLUG ) said Friday it has rolled out a compensation program that allows executives to receive up to 75% of their pay in company shares.
The program lets eligible executives choose to take 25%, 50%, or 75% of their base salary and certain bonuses in stock, starting at the next open trading period, the company said.
Plug Power ( PLUG ) explained that the new model is designed to better align its leadership team's financial interests with those of its shareholders and will remain active through the fiscal year.
