07:06 AM EDT, 10/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pluribus Technologies ( PLRBF ) overnight Tuesday said National Bank (NA.TO) has agreed to extend the forbearance period related to an April 2022 secured credit agreement to Oct 28 from Oct 1.

According to an earlier statement, the credit agreement has $19 million outstanding. Pluribus ( PLRBF ) also agreed to close a sale transaction by Sept 16.
