Plutus Financial Closes $8.4 Million IPO

12:01 PM EST, 02/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Plutus Financial Group ( PLUT ) said Thursday it closed its initial public offering of 2.1 million ordinary shares at $4 per share, raising $8.4 million in gross proceeds.

The financial services company's stock started trading on Nasdaq on Wednesday.

The underwriter was granted a 45-day option to acquire up to 315,000 shares at the IPO price.

Shares of the company were up 3.9% in recent trading.
