02:21 PM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Plutus Financial Group ( PLUT ) said Tuesday that the lead underwriter of its initial public offering has exercised a portion of its overallotment option.

R.F. Lafferty & Co. bought an additional 150,000 shares at $4 a share, raising $600,000 for the firm, Plutus said. It raised a total of $9 million, including proceeds of $8.4 million from its IPO.
