PMGC to Implement 1-for-3.5 Reverse Stock Split

11:09 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PMGC ( ELAB ) said Thursday it is implementing a one-for-3.5 reverse stock split of its common stock effective Tuesday.

No fractional shares will be issued; instead, they will be rounded up to the nearest whole share, the company said.

Shares were down 4% in recent trading.

Price: 1.91, Change: -0.08, Percent Change: -4.02
