PNC Financial Services Group to Redeem $1.2 Billion in Senior Notes

09:00 AM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PNC Financial Services Group ( PNC ) said Tuesday that it is redeeming all of $200 million of its outstanding senior floating rate bank notes due Dec. 2 on Nov. 4.

PNC will also redeem all $1 billion outstanding 5.671% fixed rate and floating rate senior notes due Oct. 28, 2025, on Oct. 28, 2024.
