PodcastOne Raises Fiscal 2026 Adjusted EBITDA Guidance; Shares Rise

09:03 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PodcastOne ( PODC ) on Friday raised its guidance for adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization for fiscal 2026 to $4.5 million to $6 million from $3 million to $5 million previously.

Fiscal 2026 revenue guidance remains in the range of $55 million to $60 million, the company said.

The company also said LiveOne ( LVO ) has acquired an additional 347,000 shares in the company, brining its total holding to around 2.1 million shares.

PodcastOne ( PODC ) shares were up 1.8% in recent premarket activity.
