POET Technologies Closes $30 Million Private Placement

10:24 AM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- POET Technologies ( POET ) said Thursday it has raised $30 million following the placement completion of shares and warrants to a single investor.

POET said it plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company were up about 2% in recent trading.
