07:34 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- POET Technologies ( POET ) said Friday that it is voluntary delisting its shares from the TSX Venture Exchange due to low trading volume.

The company said the delisting will be subject to the approval of the TSXV as well as other conditions. It also said its shares will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
