08:53 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- POET Technologies ( POET ) said Monday it will proceed with a previously announced voluntary delisting of its shares from the TSX Venture Exchange while keeping its Nasdaq Capital Market listing.

The company said it has received approval for the delisting which is expected to take effect after markets close on Wednesday.

POET Technologies ( POET ) said its shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the existing POET ticker.
