Poland to cap fuel prices, lower taxes on fuel, PM says

WARSAW, March 26 (Reuters) - Poland will cap fuel prices

to mitigate the effects of the war in the Middle East, Prime

Minister Donald Tusk said on Thursday.

He said that VAT on fuel would be cut to 8% from 23% and

that excise tax would be cut to the minimum.
