Polestar Automotive Regains Nasdaq Compliance

08:07 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Polestar Automotive Holding (PSNY) said Tuesday that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement after its American depositary shares maintained a closing bid price above $1 for 10 consecutive business days.

Nasdaq had notified Polestar of non-compliance on July 5 after the ADSs closed below $1 for 30 consecutive days.

Polestar shares were 1.7% higher in premarket trading.
