Polestar Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice on Minimum Bid Price

05:08 PM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Polestar (PSNY) said Wednesday it got a Nasdaq notice on noncompliance with the minimum bid price requirement.

The company has until Jan. 2 to regain compliance with a closing bid price of $1 per American depositary share or higher for at least 10 straight business days.

The Swedish auto manufacturer said the notice has no immediate impact on its Nasdaq listing.
