Pollard Banknote Up Near 2% As Says Secured License to Supply Gaming-Related Goods and Services in the United Arab Emirates

10:37 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pollard Banknote Limited ( PBKOF ) was at last look up near 2% on Monday after saying that it has been approved as a licensed gaming-related vendor by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority.

The license authorizes the company to provide gaming-related goods and services and reflects "its interest in supporting regulated lottery operators" within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

"We are very excited for the wide variety of opportunities this new license will afford Pollard Banknote ( PBKOF )," said Pollard Banknote's ( PBKOF ) Co-Chief Executive Officer, Doug Pollard. "We are eager to foster a strong partnership in the UAE and introduce our portfolio of proven, innovative lottery and gaming products and services that will help boost revenue and support charitable causes."

The company's shares were last seen up 1.9% to $22.57 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
