08:59 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pomdoctor said Wednesday it has priced an initial public offering of about 5 million American depositary shares at $4 apiece for expected gross proceeds of roughly $20 million.

The company said it has received approval for its ADSs to be listed on Nasdaq, adding that it expects its shares to start trading on Oct. 8 under the "POM" ticker symbol.

The offering will likely close around Thursday, said Pomdoctor, which has provided the underwriters an option to acquire up to an additional 750,000 ADSs.
