Adar Poonawalla-owned Rising Sun Holding has proposed to acquire controlling stake in Magma Fincorp for Rs 3,450 crore. The company is looking to pick 60 percent stake in the NBFC. The announcement has triggered an open offer which is priced at Rs 70 per share.
