Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.09.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $119.3 million, compared with $110.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $97.7 million.

The company raised its 2025 revenue guidance to $405 million to $425 million from a previous outlook range of $400 million to $420 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $414.3 million.

Porch Group ( PRCH ) shares were up 6.5% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
