Portillo's Revises 2025 Revenue Guidance
Sep 10, 2025 6:39 AM

09:15 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Portillo's (PTLO) said Wednesday that it has updated its 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $730 million to $733 million, compared with the previous guidance of growth in the range of 5% to 7%.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $752 million.

Portillo's said it has revised its 2025 same-restaurant sales guidance to a decline of 1% to 1.5%, compared with the previous guidance of growth in the range of 1% to 3%.

The changes "reflect an anticipated decline of current trends for the remainder of 2025 given pricing and promotional dynamics within the industry," the company said.

The company's shares were down more than 2% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
