05:13 PM EDT, 08/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- POSaBIT Systems ( POSAF ) , a provider of payments infrastructure in the cannabis industry, on Thursday said it swung to a second-quarter profit despite weaker revenue.
The company said it earned US$0.63 million in the period, compared with a loss of US$1.26 million in the year-prior quarter.
Revenue fell to US$2.65 million, down from US$3.15 million in the second quarter of 2025, while adjusted EBITDA rose US$$0.79 million from US$96,721.
"POSaBIT ( POSAF ) delivered a historic quarter, announcing quarterly highs in Adjusted EBITDA of nearly $800 thousand dollars, and the increasing of our cash on hand," chief executive Ryan Hamlin said,
The company's shares closed down $0.015 to $0.06 Canadian Securities Exchange.
