04:23 PM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Postal Realty Trust ( PSTL ) said late Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Robert Klein will resign to take a position with a privately held real estate firm.

Jeremy Garber, the company's president, treasurer and secretary, will assume the role of interim CFO while a search is conducted for a permanent replacement.

Klein will initially remain an employee and later serve as a consultant to support a smooth transition, working closely with Garber and the leadership team, the company said.
