08:21 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Postal Realty Trust ( PSTL ) said Thursday it has appointed Stephen Bakke as chief financial officer, effective on or about Nov. 5.

The company said Bakke will succeed Jeremy Garber, its president, treasurer and secretary, who has been its interim CFO since June 18.

Effective upon Bakke's appointment as CFO, Garber will cease serving as interim CFO but will keep his previous roles, the company said.

Postal Realty Trust ( PSTL ) said Bakke previously served as senior vice president of corporate finance for Realty Income ( O ) .
