Postmedia Network Agrees to Sell Winnipeg Sun, The Graphic Leader, Kenora Miner & News to Klein Group

12:52 PM EDT, 05/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Postmedia Network Canada (PNC-A.TO, PNC-B.TO) said Monday it agreed to sell the Winnipeg Sun, The Graphic Leader, and Kenora Miner & News newspapers to The Klein Group for an undisclosed price.

The company said the sale is not expected to impact jobs. Non-unionized employees will be offered the same job with the Klein Group while unionized employees will retain their current terms as presently contracted.

Postmedia's Winnipeg Press Commercial Print division, all associated digital properties, contracts, and other related parts of the businesses are included in the transaction.
